Is online tutoring one-on-one or in group?
The turoring if fully tailored to your needs and one-to-one. You’ll meet with your tutor in a private online environment where all your shared documents are stored for the upcoming lesson. It’s just like having a private session at the kitchen table—only online!

What do I need for online tutoring?
Online tutoring works best on a computer or tablet. A smartphone can be used too, but typing and drawing tends to be slower.
A stable internet connection, a camera, and a microphone are also essential — nothing more! Our learning platform is designed to be as user-friendly as possible, no downloads required. When the tutoring start, you’ll receive a unique in-brower link. And you're good to go!
Is there a way to try online tutoring before committing?
Yes, of course! We agree on a lesson package in advance (12, 16, 24 or 32 hours), so that your teacher can assess whether he has the timing in his schedule to help you in the following period. The first hour is a trial lesson. If you notice that online tutoring does not suit you, you only pay for that one hour and you are not committed to anything.

Will I get a different tutor every time?
No, just like with individual on-site tutoring, you'll work with one tutor who knows your situation, making it easy to continue where you left off each time.

Yes! Since there's the option to use geometric shapes and formulas on the whiteboard and your documents, online tutoring is ideal for all subjects, even science subjects. When it comes to languages and tutoring, many tutoring sessions also continue online. You can upload and edit your lesson material at any given moment, for any subject!
Can I solve exercises on the online whiteboard?
Of course! The whiteboard is fully customisable for both you and the tutor. You can also create your own exercises directly on it. If you upload a school document, you can write or draw on it as well. Need to use an external website for online exercises? No problem—just share your screen so the tutor can follow along. Everything is possible!
