I have been a Mathematics lecturer for more than a decade. I was teaching to undergraduates and also four years as a graduate teaching assistant. Main areas of lecturing and tutoring were calculus, linear algebra and differential equations. I taught students from high school to university level.
Motivation
I tutor because I think one should always give back and the more you explain ideas or concepts the better one has an understanding of them. My experiences were always good because I was faced with people with different thinking phases. I always make sure that I treat people according to their strengths.
Mon approche
je rends toujours l'apprentissage amusant ! j'écris l'idée de base de la leçon, puis quelques exemples pour aider à la théorie, et ensuite quelques questions à faire pour l'élève. j'écoute et j'essaie de rendre cela aussi simple que possible.
